Father Salim Khan on Tuesday defended his son Salman Khan after his controversial remark in which he compared his hectic shooting schedule for his upcoming movie with a “raped woman”. According to Salim Khan, his intentions were not wrong. Salman’s remark has generated a huge controversy.
According to reports, the National Commission for Women (NCW) has demanded an apology within seven days from the Bollywood superstar or else he would be summoned for an explanation.
“Undoubtedly what Salman said is wrong, the simili, example and the context. The intention was not wrong. Nevertheless I apologise on behalf of his family his fans & his friends. Forgiveness is to pardon the unpardonable or it is no virtue at all,” the veteran scriptwriter, Salim Khan wrote on twitter.
